1. We do not forget the exfoliation

2. Avoid hot showers

As enjoyable as it is to shower with hot water after a long day, it is best to avoid it if you want glowing skin. Too hot water destroys the hydrolipidic barrier and removes natural skin oils. As a result, our skin becomes more easily dehydrated and becomes more sensitive. So we prefer lukewarm water that is close to the body’s natural temperature.

3. Choose the right moisturizer

You may think that the drier your skin is, the thicker your cream should be, but that’s not the case. Heavy formulations can weaken the barrier of the skin and weaken its defense and self-hydration. Also, many compositions, due to their high water content, act only on the surface, causing the skin to rapidly lose its moisture.

4. Drink plenty of water

Whatever moisturizer we choose, we will not see a result if we do not moisturize our body from within. So make sure you drink 2-3 liters of water on a daily basis.

5. We are fed properly

Fresh fruits and vegetables not only help to hydrate our body, but also provide it with the necessary vitamins that give our skin a natural glow. Remember that vitamin C plays an important role in the production of collagen.
