Acne treatment mask for chest and back. It may be the most common appearance of acne on the face, but this does not mean that it can be created on the rest of the body, as sweat often favors the appearance of acne on both the back and chest. The good news, however, is that there is a solution, based on the same treatment that is used to treat acne on the face, but also on a very simple aspirin-based mask.
– 5-7 pills of aspirin
– A little distilled water
– 1 tablespoon of honey
Aspirin: This is an anti-inflammatory ingredient that will help reduce redness immediately. It also contains salicylic acid, one of the most commonly used ingredients in acne products, since it has the ability to cleanse pores and exfoliate the skin (which is ideal for smoothing very fine lines and wrinkles).
Honey: The antibacterial properties of honey benefit acne-prone skin by reducing the appearance of pimples and healing existing ones. It is also a natural moisturizer that provides the moisture needed to keep your skin hydrated and radiant.
Method of preparation:
Put the aspirins in a bowl and as much distilled water as needed to form a paste. Allow aspirin to dissolve in water (you may mix it up a little if necessary). If your paste looks too thick, add a little more water, and if it’s too thin add another aspirin. However, it is advisable not to put more than 8 aspirins in the mixture. Then add the honey so that the mask does not dry out your skin but moisturize it. If again, your skin is too dry or irritated you can replace the honey with olive oil or jojoba oil or tea tree oil.
How to apply:
Take some of your masks and apply it to the area where the problem is. Leave it on for 7-15 minutes and rinse with plenty of lukewarm water. You will see that from the very first application, your skin will be softer, more radiant and the black spots will begin to fade. It is worth noting that this mask can also be applied to your face and jaw. Use it fearlessly up to twice a week, yet make a fresh mask for each use.
More generally in preventing the problem, it is advisable to avoid sweating a lot, and if this happens you should take a bath as soon as possible. This will help to gradually reduce acne and reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
