Smooth and well-groomed elbows. Often our elbows tend to dry out and become hard. This is an annoying and unsightly problem, yet there are simple and natural ways to restore the softness they lack. Here are 10 simple recipes to help you make it.

1. Treatment with coffee

Mix 1 tablespoon of coffee beans in the French coffee filter with 1/4 cup of liquid glycerin soap. Wet your elbows with warm water and rub on them the mixture you just made. Finally, rinse with plenty of water and you will see that your elbows are velvety.

2. Banana flakes

After you eat your banana, which is very nutritious for your body, use the inside of the banana peel to rub your elbows. Your elbows will become very soft because, as studies have shown, the banana peel contains antifungal and antibiotic ingredients that help hydrate the elbows.

3. Lemon juice and cider vinegar

These are two materials that are natural whitening agents, while cider vinegar also works against dryness. So take some lemon juice or cider and apply it to your elbows, letting it dry on its own.

If you are not in the bathroom so your elbows soften slightly from the water, immerse them in a bowl of boiling or hot tap water and allow them to cool for a few minutes. Then prepare a mixture with 1/4 cup of plain sugar, a few tablespoons of oil and a little sunflower oil (if you do not find sunflower oil use only olive oil) and spread it on your elbows (stretched), massaging them with circular motions. Finally, rinse and drain the area to dry it.

4. Vaseline and shower

The simplest way is to spread some petroleum jelly and then shower with warm water. This will help the petroleum be better absorbed and hydrate your cramped and dry elbows.

5. Aloe and olive oil

Take a leaf of aloe and remove its inner juice, that is its jelly, and mix it with a little olive oil. Your mask is ready.

All you have to do is apply it on your knees and elbows and let it work for 45 minutes. Then, after the time has elapsed, rinse with cold water.

6. Tropical fruits

A very good tropical fruit mask is that you need for your cracked elbows. Mash in multi 1 slice pineapple, 2 slices of mango and 3 slices of papaya. Then add a tablespoon of honey to the mixture and mix well. Your mask is ready.

Take some of the mixtures and apply it to your elbows or other dry areas of your body, for example, knees and heels. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes and rinse with plenty of warm water.

7. Homemade vitamin E cream

Melt for about 15 minutes in a 1/2 cup beeswax. After it has melted add 1/2 teaspoon of vitamin E and 1/2 cup of rose water and mix well until the ingredients are homogenized. Just before the end, add a few drops of lavender essential oil and continue shaking. When the mixture becomes more firm, lower it from the heat and continue stirring until it becomes a single cream.

Take some of the mixtures and apply it to your elbows. Allow the mixture to work for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse with plenty of warm water.

8. Milk and baking soda

Put in a bowl 1 tablespoon baking soda and 1 tablespoon sugar. Then slowly add some milk until you get a homogeneous paste.

It is worth noting that both sugar and baking soda have exfoliating properties that will remove dead skin cells, leaving them soft. On the other hand, the milk will hydrate and nourish the skin making it brighter.

So take some of the scrubs and gently massage your elbows for 5-10 minutes. Then rinse with plenty of cold water and wipe. Finally, apply some of your moisturizing creams.

The procedure can be repeated every 2 days until you see results.

9. Lufa and fig

During the shower, massage with a sponge with louffe where the problem is. Lupus will not irritate your skin and gently scrub the area to remove chapped skin.

After showering and on fresh skin, pour a few drops of fig oil on the elbows and knees to soften these areas. The antibacterial action of the fig and the soothing properties of the oil will protect your skin and keep it soft for longer.

10. Lemon and black sugar

You will need half a lemon and black sugar. Mix them in a bowl using both the juice and a little lemon crumb. Then take the mixture and rub it on your elbows.

You will soon see that your skin will be white and clean. You only have to try it!

Caution: Do not make the mistake of using a pumice stone or something similar to rub your elbows, because you will hurt them. The skin at these points is very sensitive.
